Dear Host family,
Please allow me to introduce my self if you looking for an easy going person Aupair, I’m the one. My name is Jarunee Yeso, for shot please call me Meow. I’m 28 years old. I was born in Chiang Mai, located on Northern part of Thailand. There are 6 members in my lovely family, it consists my parents, two elder sisters, one younger sister, and I. My parents are famers. They are very happy being in their garden and picking organic vegetables. I am lucky to have wonderful parents. My family is always helpful and understand of many situations I go through. They are sweet and supportive. I am truly blessed to have such a great family like this. I graduated in Bachelor of Art program in Mass communication from Ramkhamhaeng University. I would describe myself as an open minded, responsible, friendly, cheerful, caring and positive thinking person, I like to treat people with respect nicely. In my free time, I like playing guitar and reading book. I’m also interested in camping. I’m a natural lover. I love sea and mountains. I love to take a road trip with my friend. I feel confident in my driving skills. I have been driving for 8 year and never involved in any type of accident or received any traffic tickets.
In my senior year before graduation, I went to the USA for working as an Aupair. I had been an Aupair for 1 year there. I had a lot of fun over there because I had a great host family, meet new friends and nice people from different countries. Honestly, that was a great time for me and made me realized that I love being around children very much. Speaking of my Aupair year in America, I took care of two children. They were 5 and 3 years old named Kenna and Tanner a young child who diagnosed with lung cancer. My general responsibilities including preparing healthy meals, create art and craft projects, taking them to do indoor and outdoor activities, giving them a bath and changing diapers, helping with homework and giving the medication as scheduled and more pick up and drop off from school. Take care of a sick child is different from caring a healthy child, it’s very challenging. I had to take extra precautions to protect him from infection and injuries. I’m happy and proud that I had a chance to care, protect, comfort and be there when he needed someone. He was like a brother of me. Apart from being an Aupair in the USA, I used to be a nanny at Lanna Baby Home Chiang Mai, Thailand. I took care of the kids 1-3 years old. My responsibilities were ensuring child safety, feeding, giving kids shower, changing diapers, and doing activity with kids.
There are many reasons why I want to be Aupair. I love children and I love being surrounded by them. They can always brighten my day. I love to see their growth and development. I would like to gain new experience, learn, and share cultures. I believe that Aupair program will provide me with opportunity to improve my language skills. Moreover, I am confident that I can be a good Aupair of your children because I have positive personality. I can take a good care of your children. I am able to plan and arrange safe and fun activity. After finishing the Aupair program, I will return back to my home country in Thailand doing agriculture related business to export, so that I can use Dutch and English in my future job.
Thank you very much for your time to read my letter. I really hope that I could be part of your family and could have an opportunity to take care of your beloved children. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
